In our 2022 Future of Work survey, 87% of UK companies say they’re finding it hard to fill positions. A third feel the skills gap is widening. Recruiters must search harder and wider for talent, unlocking the untapped potential to fill the skills gap.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives are one part of the solution. Not only do they open up deeper talent pools, but Gen-Z, Millennial and even Gen-X candidates expect to learn about authentic DEI efforts early when considering potential employers.
