Manage Subscriptions
In this short guide, we’ll show you everything you need to know to effectively manage your Monster Job ad Subscriptions.
How do I access my subscription settings?
over over the settings icon in top right corner of the page and click on Subscriptions.
Subscription settings
This page will provide you with a clear overview of your active subscriptions and will detail the amount to be paid and when your monthly payments are due.
If you want to activate another subscription you can click on View All Plans to see the plans available.
Manage saved Credit Card details
Click on Manage Save Cards (as shown in the image above) to manage or edit the card details stored on Monster. After updating the card details, don’t forget to Save.
Manage Invoices
Click on the Invoices tab, to display and download your available invoices.
Cancel subscription plan
You are free to cancel your Monthly Subscription plan at any time. To do this, simply click on Stop renewing this subscription. A confirmation pop-up will appear and you will need to click ‘OK’, to unsubscribe from the selected plan.
Note: You will still be able to make use of your Subscription Plan if there are remaining days in your current 30 day cycle.
